This position is responsible for the planning, forecasting and execution of Emergency Care Trial and Secondary Market Sales operations. The Sales Operations Analyst is tasked with maintaining appropriate product levels for customer needs and responsible for the development of sales opportunities and processing of Emergency Care's secondary market product.
What You Will Do
Process orders in a timely manner, escalating as appropriate to meet the needs of the sales team
Process secondary market sales from sales team
Maintain the Secondary Market Site
Report, analyze, and provide actionable insights on availability and lead times. Advise operations management on disposition of stock and recommend potential actions
Work with Logistics to resolve scheduling conflicts and timely delivery to customers and sales
Develop and implement inventory stocking strategies based on historical data, demand forecasts, and the product life cycle
Interact with operations management on inventory issues
Respond to any and all new requests for information that may come throughout the day, working with other departments as necessary to assure accuracy
Evaluate and communicate the Open Orders report - Prepare for dissemination to Sales Representatives with a focus on late or exceptionally late returns with the intent to retrieve equipment back into the pool
Evaluate secondary market opportunities and identify product buyback and marketplace possibilities
Develop secondary market strategies that align with organizational goals
Brand and communicate secondary product offerings to the sales team
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications & experience
What You Need
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
3 years of work experience and proven business analysis experience or equivalent business function preferred
Demonstrated data analysis and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
