Master's Degree in School Psychology or related field

CDE Special Services License

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent collaborative skills in working with staff, students, and families

Excellent skills in assessment, data collection, and interpretation

Skill in working with students PreK-grade 12

Knowledge of trauma-informed care and restorative justice in a school setting

Demonstration of high ethical standards


Provide social emotional services to students on IEPs in group and individual format

Create and monitor skill building opportunities for students on IEPs

Establish consistent and effective methods for monitoring student progress

Conduct FBAs and develop (and monitor) effective BIPs

Consult with staff on classroom management and other student-related issues

Establish and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with families and staff

Conduct cognitive, adaptive, social emotional, and Executive Functioning evaluations for special education

Provide leadership to IEP teams

Provide professional development to district teams
