We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Manager who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of the Credit Union's Mortgage lending services to include origination, processing, budgeting, secondary market functions and servicing. Ensures that Mortgage lending operations are enforcing established policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing applications for mortgage loans, home improvement, second mortgage and home equity loans. Properly training other mortgage and retail staff with performing these functions. Ensures that Mortgage lending activities result in maximum volume, appropriate profit for the Credit Union, and a minimal delinquency ratio. Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of Mortgage lending services.
Supervises and appraises the activities of subordinates and ensures that all Mortgage lending services are professionally delivered and members are well served. Participates in establishing and implementing major goals and objectives of the Credit Union. Provides general Credit Union information and actively participates in Cardinal's Superior Sales & Service Program.
