HR Business Partner - EMEA

HR Business Partner(EMEA) is required for a new STAND-ALONE role for the EMEA region of an international consultancy which is experiencing rapid growth. THIS IS A NEW ROLE TO MAKE YOUR OWN AND GROW. As a stand-alone HR Business Partneryou be involved in all administrative aspects of HR operationally, as well as creating, driving and delivering HR Strategy, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team of the business. You will also act as an intermediary with the parent company which provides elements of business support.
Law/Legal, Accountancy, Consultancy: A Professional Services backgroundis sought after and so you should have gained experience as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner within such an environment, ideally; Law/Legal, Accountancy, Consultancy.
You will have a minimum of 3-5 years generalist HR experience, a HR or business related degree and CIPD qualification is desirable.
Experience working within an international/EMEA/European context is also required.
Any additional languages would be beneficial BUT NOT essential, (German, French, Spanish)
Travel will be minimal but may be occasionally required for very short periods.
