HRIS Business Analyst

Are you looking to an exciting opportunity to enter a prestigious company as a HRIS Business Analyst?
This client is a very well-known organisation that impacts people all over the world. A complex trading business where people have the opportunity to develop and grow their expertise and be confident to grow their career.
We are looking for the following experience/skills:
- Experience in configuration of HRIS functional and technical areas
- Experience in analysing and designing the HR processes
- Strong reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, primarily in Excel
- Know - how of analysing, configuring and designing software along with client and quality orientation
- Experience in providing first and second level support with high service orientation
- High school diploma
- At least 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Workday configuration experience
- High English standard is required; German is a plus
