Location: Dublin City Centre

Salary: Negotiable D.O.E

A leading fintech organisation has a key opening in their leadership team for an experienced, forward-thinking, Process Improvement Expert to provide business process expertise and change leadership experience to lead process improvement project. They are a digital first customer centric financial services organisation that has built an enviable reputation since setting up operations in Ireland.

This is a crucial appointment for the business as they continue to scale and operate at the leading edge of the fintech industry.

The successful person will become involved in a major change project for the business which is key to the success of the business's ambitions for scale over the next 5 years and will be responsible to streamlining the way they do business internally.

The Process Improvement expert will define the strategy for end to product and customer journeys and will be responsible for reviewing, designing and digitalising end-to-end processes ensuring they are scalable, efficient, effective, cost efficient and meet customer and market requirements.

You must be a people person with experience leading teams, collaborating with stakeholders of all levels and have an ability to influence at ExCo Level.

Extensive experience in the implementation continuous improvement methodologies and expertise in Lean/Six Sigma principles is essential for this role.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt Certification
  • Proven track record in driving process change within a large organisation
  • Extensive experience in practicing and implementing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and operational leadership
  • Experience facilitating teams towards a common goal using methodologies such as DMAIC, DFSS, Change Management, Kaizen
  • Proven experience coaching, mentoring and training lean/six sigma principles at multiple levels in an organisation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and facilitating skills
  • Results focused, Customer Centric individual
  • Ability to lead high performing teams in a fast-paced environment
