NextLink is having an existing position as a Functional CRM Consultant for global projects in Brussels - Belgiun for a core client within IT industry. This is permanent position.

WHAT YOU DO:
As a Functional CRM Consultant, you guide the client through a CRM transformation project by designing and implementing CRM strategies and tools. You interact with employees at all levels of the client organisation to define the best possible approach to the challenges they are experiencing. You collaborate closely with the team to manage the project and keep track of deliverables. An important part of the position consists in staying up-to-date with the technology in order to bring these new findings on the project, increasing the quality of the end-delivery.
- Salesforce Admin 201 Certification, other Salesforce certifications is a plus.
- Outstanding analytical & problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills & ability to adapt to your audience in English and either Dutch or French.
- Proactive & adaptive character.
- Typically, a Master's degree in Management (Business Engineering, Management, IT, ...). However, we believe that, although important, your academic achievements do not define you and we would love to hear how your individual path drives you to this consultant position.
