ARISE Incorporated is a national company with its main office located in Brecksville, OH, just south of Cleveland.
ARISE Incorporated provides clients with comprehensive unbundled jurisdictional and shop inspection services (nuclear and non-nuclear) for boiler and pressure vessels. We have state certified inspectors located throughout the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. ARISE services a variety of clients including many Fortune 500 companies.
Currently, ARISE is looking for an individual to fill the position of Inspection Administrator in the Brecksville, OH office. The Inspection Administrator reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible to effectively handle all administrative aspects of managing the assigned geographic territory in conjunction with the District Manager.
Liaison between Office Staff and Field Staff - main contact for all functions relating to the scheduling and completion of inspections.
The Inspection Administrator reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible to effectively handle all administrative aspects of managing the assigned geographic territory in conjunction with the District Manager; along with other assigned office duties. There is no travel associated with position, which is Full time (35 hours per week) with medical, dental, paid vacation and other benefits.
Supports District Manager in monitoring of assigned Inspectors to enhance coordination and to ensure timely and efficient completion of inspections within assigned territory
Handle incoming inspection request via phone and email
Communication with various jurisdictions to ensure jurisdictional requirements are being met and that information in the ARISE database matches that of the state
Provide all necessary paperwork, ie, work assignments, preprints, ASI's to Inspector that do not use Jurisdiction Online
Provide administrative assistance to Inspectors in assigned territory regarding Jurisdiction Online, email and other areas as needed
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Ability to effectively communicate directly with clients via phone and e-mail
Highly effective deductive reasoning skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to quickly learn new software
Be detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadline
Ability to work well with others in a fast paced office environment
