Track record of providing administrative support within a technically complex and dynamic environment.
Strong reporting skills, information control and quality control awareness.
Knowledge of JIRA.
Daily tasks of the candidate
Defines and delivers simple reporting of complex financials on projects and programmes. Prepares the monthly cross charge journals, providing administrative support on financial spend, ensuring in line with project budget approvals.
Manage and coordinate the day to day administrative aspects of DCE Engagement Portal, making proactive decisions that will help the team deliver to the agreed timescales.
Working closely with the Senior DCE Management team, delivery managers and business stakeholders to ensure that engagements are adequately planned and resourced throughout the DCE Lifecycle.
Biggest expecting challenges for the candidate
Able to build successful relationships to support delivery activities within DCE - able to work with teams that are remote/not on site.
Able to balance conflicting and changing demands
Expected results of the candidate
Successful delivery of and smooth running of the Front door for delivery of requests into DCE
Production of high quality reporting on performance and activities in the dept.
Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
Able to successfully engage with groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders to capture customer needs and deliver requirements
