€520 per day

12-month ongoing contract

My Client are a globally leading Organization and are looking for an English-speaking Business Manager to join their ongoing project in Belgium. You will be integrated into the team where you will work closely with the IT team on site.


Review documents, as long as the technical solutions and the services used are standard ones

Ensure key documents are reviewed by staff with the appropriate competencies

Ensure resources such as people skills and hardware/software necessary to support the project are identified and available

Ensure exceptions are be identified, solved or, if not possible, escalated by carefully reviewing the business case/vision documents and the services described

Ensure non-functional requirements are taken into account

Ensure monitoring, security monitoring, audit and analysis are specified in due time

Ensure standard deployments are operationally ready to guarantee a smooth transition to production

Follow-up events, incidents, service requests and problems

Manage infrastructure upgrades and hot fixes, in liaison with the infra team of the client.

Participate in meetings and follow up on the project's defined release scope

Represent the client in the preparation of contracts

Ensure that the technical requirements match the expectations and capabilities of the infrastructure sector

Write statements of work and technical annexes

Collect and distribute all communication between business sectors and the client and ensure communication is followed up


At least 10 years of experience in IT project/service management out of which a minimum of 4 years of specialised experience as a Business Relationship manager/Account manager/Customer Relationship Manager

Proactivity, strategic thinking, fast learner, responsible and accountable, stress-resistant, ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Excellent communication, time management, planning and reporting skills;

Sound experience on information dissemination principles (transparency, accessibility, confidentiality, etc.)

Ability to produce minutes, notes, service level agreements, terms of collaboration, planning schedules, etc. in English

Proven organisational and coordination skills in a multi-cultural environment

Practical knowledge of PM methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent)

Proven IT Service Management experience with large scale service support, service delivery, quality management, change management and business continuity, release management and risk management

ITIL Methodology knowledge is required

Prior experience in the domain of administrative cooperation between public administrations, in the field of IT Services is an asset

French language knowledge is an asset
