Project Manager (SuccessFactors/HCM) required for a global HR consulting, payroll and outsourcing services provider. They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them in Belgium. You can be based anywhere in Belgium as you will be working REMOTELY from home or at client sites. Contractors and permanent employees are both welcome to apply!

As the Project Manager (SuccessFactors/HCM) will be responsible for the successful management of implementation projects. You will provide leadership to your project teams and will manage project deliverables, scope and expectations and coordinate project progress with stakeholders and program management. You have excellent presentation and influencing skills and have a strong financial acumen. Ideally, you have led solution implementations at various customers and have implemented a technology solution through all project phases several times.

The successful Project Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Master or bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • HR consulting and/or outsourcing industry experience
  • Vendor management experience
  • Fluent English, Dutch AND French language skills
  • PMP certification or similar (PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM etc.)
