Arbour SeniorCare Nursing Home in Lowell, MA area is now seeking a
Psychologist and there is options to expand to other facilities in
Lowell MA / Merrimack Valley, North Shore, Metro West area. Long-term
care setting allows desirable flexible work schedules. Per Diem,
part-time employment are available
Arbour SeniorCare offer outreach mental health services to extended
care facilities statewide and there are opportunities for rewarding
careers in many regions.
The responsibilities of outreach clinicians include assessment of
residents for the facilities and provision of ongoing care which can
include both individual therapy and guidance to nursing home staff in
behavior management. In all facilities, we provide medical staff in
tandem with psychotherapists.
We Provide:
Comprehensive diagnostic assessment and neuropsychological testing
Individualized treatment planning *Individual, group, and family
psychotherapy
Behavioral management planning and case consultation
AIMS Testing
Competency and neurological evaluations
Psychopharmacological management
Collateral contact with facility staff
Availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
On-site behavioral health training for facility staff Facility

Job Requirements
Experience:
* 1 year (Preferred) of working with a variety of psychiatric
disorders
Licensures:
* License Psychologist, PhD
