The Market to Order business transformation portfolio is focused on strengthening our commercial capabilities in the markets and business groups of Philips. The portfolio currently consists of large business transformation programs and capability ownership of portfolio of commercial transformation programs and initiatives aimed at improving and professionalizing the sales organization within the company
One of the programs within this portfolio is New Product Introduction to Cash. The Program objective is to provide our customers expect one quote, consisting of a need based solution and selected deal types combined in one Philips offer, resulting in one invoice. Sounds simple, but this is a highly complex program, that is undertaking a truly End to End transformation.
As part of the catalog transformation activity, your challenge consists out of improving the commercial sales text quality and realizing sustainable processes to support these improvements. With multiple tools, business categories and many countries languages to support, your role will be crucial for the success of the Philips NPI to Cash program!
Your responsibilities Leading the commercial sales text improvements, your main key areas of responsibilities will be
Defining the future commercial sales text definitions content in strong alignment with the marketing stakeholders from the business and the markets.
Defining the new global commercial sales texts processes guidelines and governance (initial setup maintenance and translations) and ensuring it lands in the steady organization and processes to the relevant accountable and responsible owners of the Philips Excellence Process Framework.
Drive implementation of the new processes and governance in the business and the markets and the adoption of the new ways of working sharing best practices and upgrading the standard continuously
Driving the planning setup of the commercial sales text backbone within the Philips Integrated Landscape (PIL) cross applications providing functional requirements and validating the design and build with the technical teams and key users (UAT scripts), work instructions.
Defining and implementing commercial sales text KPI s with the Insight and analytics team to ensure data quality as part of the deployment phase (adoption) and in continuous improvement phase (commercial catalog quality) Working in close alignment with other NPI to Cash work stream leads and targets
Your team You will be part of the NPI to Cash program within Philips, which consists out of driven and enthusiastic (inter)national colleagues.
Knowledge, Critical Experiences and Requirements
5 Years of experience in project Management, Change Management, Marketing, sales or Organizational Design
Experience around the use or the definition of customer facing documents such as sales text in a similar industry
Proven record managing large scale projects adoption and transition management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Consulting and coaching skills, ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
Experience in managing change across projects related to process re engineering and IT
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 5 of your time).
Bachelor degree or higher (in education and experience)
Experience in a medical regulatory environment is a pro
