A CX Data Lead is required for one of Europe's fastest growing international Banking companies.

You will be responsible for, among other things, campaign management, web analysis, process mining and NPS. The CX Data lead coordinates these activities as a cooperating foreman and is partly responsible for the development of colleagues within the team.
The successful CX Data Lead will have experience in the following:
- CX Metrics
- Transactional NPS
- Managing teams
- Stakeholder Management
- Experience in the banking industry
- Technical, hands-on experience with Data Analytics
- Designing and dividing data
- Programming - preferably with R
