Trilingual HR Generalist

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a trilingual HR Generalist with German, English and French skills. This role is a permanent position based in Basel Canton.

Your role:

  • Lead recruitment process for temporary and permanent positions in collaboration with line management, HR teams and external partners
  • Provide HR advice and support to key accounts on various HR topics
  • Support the implementation of company's culture
  • Lead welcome sessions for new associates in collaboration with HR teams and key Accounts
  • Lead, implement and improve HR processes and ensure integration of information in HR tools

Your Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role
  • Experience in an international environment a great plus
  • Thorough know-how of the Swiss Labour Law
  • Good IT skills: MS Office, HR tools

Your Profile:

  • University degree or higher education diploma in HR
  • Team player with interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressured environment
  • Excellent German, French and English skills
