Role:

Support for operational purchasing in the area of contract management for external employees and services

Tasks:

  • Execution of the contract creation, renewal and all changes for external employees and services (IT & Business) using SAP SRM
  • Order processing (IT & Business)
  • Support in the area of e-shop (SAP SRM/MM), among others monitoring the currently pending orders and supporting the specialist departments with questions.
  • Support of the strategic buyers team in contract creation and order processing as well as administrative matters

Required experience and skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP (users)
  • Experience in purchasing
  • Experience in the conclusion of personnel leasing and consulting contracts (basic legal understanding)
  • Understanding of contract structure, hierarchy and content
  • Affinity for multi-stage ordering and approval processes
  • Communicative (bank and recipient-appropriate expression)
  • Rapid understanding
  • Independent, structured, solution and goal-oriented way of working
  • Service-oriented personality
  • Team player, reliable, motivated
  • Fluent German and English
