31925 Leading global insurance company are seeking an Agile Project Manager to manage and support the delivery of development & enhancement change requests within the EMEA IT function using the SAFe agile methodology. The role is based in Crawley with travel to London and possibly to European regional offices. As Agile Project Manager you will work directly with the business to provide regional solutions in conjunction with the core systems team in America. There are no direct line management responsibilities within this role, however as Project Manager you will be responsible for task management of several Business Analysts and an offshore development team. The Project Manager will build their insurance Business Systems knowledge to support the business analysts & development team to drive out the right solution for the business stakeholders. * Skills Summary: * Ensuring clear requirements from the change owner, documented by Business Analysts, and that specifications are approved by business stakeholder within change control processes * Ensuring developments are within delivery frameworks and project management standards * Ensuring Change Management tracking application is kept up to date with latest status * Ensuring adequate controls & documentation comply with SOX, Audit & PMO reviews * Identify opportunities for improvements to the processes & procedures * Move delivery towards a SAFe agile methodology and ensuring that the benefits of this approach can be measured and justified to the business * Ensure that priorities are clearly understood and that target delivery dates are provided and communicated to insurance & business stakeholders * Allocation & regular status reviews of workloads for Business Analysts and Developers (via Provider Development lead) to ensure zero spare capacity * Manage the annual development & maintenance budgets * Deliver accurate status reports containing development progress, upcoming milestones, changes to milestones, issues, risks & financial status, on a regular & ad-hoc basis as required
