Our client is seeking a Systems/Network Administrator to provide technical and administrative support to the enterprise team in configuring applications in a Microsoft Server environment. Ensuring all applications, systems, operations, and procedures are compliant with organizational standards and policies. Provide level 2 support for the infrastructure team to resolve any issues. Install and configure new software and hardware. Troubleshoot and escalate problems as necessary and Identify and resolves issues to improve the IT systems investments
3+ years' experience in IT
1 prior role held in Systems/Network Administration Associates degree or equivalent experience
Administration experience with Windows OS, Exchange Server, Active Directory, WSUS
Strong knowledge of Domain/Server Administration tools
Experience installing, upgrading, configuring applications in a Microsoft Server environment using SCCM and WSUS
