We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Junior 1st Level ICT Supporter (French German speaking). This role is permanent position based in Zurich or Thurgau Canton depending on candidate preference. Your Role Look after the service desk cooperate closely with the marketing manager to support French German speaking customers across Switzerland. Analyze find solutions in support cases for software products. Test new software releases (quality assurance). Answer complex customer requests (email telephone). Process customer tickets monitor maintain a ticketing system. Conduct online product training. Set up web projects maintain content. Collaborate with French speaking business partners. Your Skills Experience In possession of a natural technical flair for IT Systems. Comfortable with web browsers MS Office. No programming skills are required, however any HTML, CMS WordPress Photoshop know how is beneficial. Your Profile Completed apprenticeship (e.g. in sales, retail, IT or computer science). Communicative, courteous, positive, high initiative a team player. Motivated, systematic both customer quality oriented. Excellent spoken written French at the mother tongue level proficient German.
