For our client in Basel we are looking for Administrative Assistant TMOD for 12-month contract.
Job title: Administrative Assistant TMOD
Duration: 03/02/2020 to 30/06/2020
Work location: Basel
Responsible to run independently global administrative processes. Support of TMOD Heads and Agile Teams on administrative matters.
- Provide administrative support in setting up meetings including multiple stakeholders
- Deal with complex administrative and organizations tasks independently
- Organization of workshop, F2F meetings and virtual meetings.
- Making travel arrangement for COE Heads
- Administration of budget including creation of purchase order, intercompany charges and rebooking)
- Act as interface for the team members and coordinate their activities (eg or-ganize team meetings, organize training courses/workshops)
- Building and maintaining strong and sustainable network with internal and ex-ternal stakeholders
- Act as a team player in the team, work closely with TMODI Head assistant
- Commercial education, must have very good administrative skills
- Excellent IT and MS Office skills
- Ideally with Project Management skills
- MUST: Good written and spoken English
- Knowledge of other languages (eg German) preferred
- quick learner
- first experience in an admin role
- proactive, team player
