Masentó are working with a leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturer based in Basel who are embarking on a digital transformation to improve their Customer Experience along with their Customer-To-Cash/Order-To-Cash processes across the business globally.
They require an expert in the Pharmaceutical processes around the Customer To Cash who can help top map the current processes and define a new digital path to improving customer experience and mapping the processes in to a new stat of the art technology system.
No specific ERP has ben chosen yet for this CX Digital journey so you will have a blank slate to help define and drive the technology required to be a leader in the customer experience for Pharmaceuticals.
the successful candidate will have a strong background working in the Pharmaceutical industry and be an expert in OTC/CTC processes fo the past 10+ years.
