A 2nd Line Support Engineer (O365) is required to join a Microsoft Gold Partner, currently specialising in the Support and Deployment of Unified Communication solutions around Microsoft Teams. They are offering huge training opportunities around Microsoft Teams and broader O365!
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer you will need experience Supporting
- At a Desktop and Server level
- (Any experience with Voice or Microsoft Teams is an ideal)
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer you will be based in the Cardiff office, supporting external customers on a range of Teams and Voice projects.
