Conversation Designer KPIs - Chatbot, LiveEngage, Analytics

Darwin AG are currently partnered with a leading Telecoms provider based in Zurich who are working on a number of Chatbot projects and are looking hire a German speaking Conversation Designer initially for 6 months with the option to extend to the end of the year.

Role and Requirements;

  • Strong understanding of the brand voice, program goals, and how agents currently service consumers within that framework
  • Be part of the agent team responsible to review
  • Able to review the tone of conversations and determine if they meet the brand's expectations regarding voice, tone, and flow
  • Act as the initial Spark that creates the bot pipeline for the brand
  • Understand customer journeys and where automation can add value to the program
  • Be able to script a full conversation based on consumer intents
  • Understand the reporting required to report on the conversation funnel
  • Know how agent responses adjust per LOB, product, and time of day
  • Experience creating workflows, storyboards, process flows & site maps
