You'll be working in the Domestic Customer Services function of South West Water. This is a busy, fast paced environment, where no two days are the same. Domestic Customer Services is responsible for the delivery of the South West Water's Household Retail Plan designed to deliver specific Outcome Delivery Incentives (ODIs), Responsive to Customers and Fair Charging and Affordable Bills for all. As well as service experiences and outcomes, the department is equally focused on delivering services efficiently.

We are now seeking a Project Manager to join our CARE department in Bournemouth.

[b]What will you be doing?[/b]

As a key member of the Source Care Department, the Project Manager will develop and maximise the projects of the Care Department for South West & Bournemouth Water, which will actively contribute to the successful achievement of the company's business plans.

Reporting to the CARE Strategic Manager, and through strong cross business stakeholder management, you will help establish, develop, review and deliver all recovery projects, to the required timescale and quality, through strong performance management skills.

The successful Project Manager will take complete ownership of operational process improvement initiatives from cradle (ideation phase) to grave (closeout), carefully managing all the interim technical & operational milestones.

*Prince 2 practitioner*Proven track record in delivering key projects*Experience of controlling projects within the designated area of operation, working to planned costs and within agreed timescales.*Adept at meeting deadlines, managing conflicting priorities and working under pressure*Understanding of the regulatory environment in the water industry and implications for collections*Strong analytical and numeracy skills*Strong Microsoft Skills*Ability to present information internally and externally to customers and senior management*Support in business development as well as in all aspects in administration
