Our Client, one of the world's foremost Telecoms Companies is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in their modern offices in Basingstoke.
General Summary -
Responsible for maintaining the Internal Cost Allocation Centre Inventory, matching components to business systems & cost data.
A good level of Data entry experience is required for this position Ensuring that databases are maintained and updated for reporting purposes and recommendations to Management.
Managing and delivering savings costs by reducing the overall spend.
Essential Duties - Data Entry
A good phone manner
Match inventory from provisioning systems to supplier bills so as to reduce spend for all of EMEA region. Monitor systems and system development in order to ensure that information is accurately recorded and maintained. Identify opportunities for cost savings and other efficiencies through analysis and business understanding and im
Prioritize workload with good time management.
Other Job Requirements - Proficient in MS Office especially Access & Excel. Able to analyze data of various sizes, supplier invoices and business systems etc. Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
8:00am to 5:00pm
