Manager of Unified Communications

We are seeking a Manager of Unified Communications with strong experience supporting Cisco for an innovative software company. This person will be responsible for the design, configuration, and administration of Cisco UC and telephony systems.

You will oversee three contact center groups, and previous experience serving as a lead or manager is necessary. You will leverage your experience working with Cisco UC, Cisco Unity, and Cisco Contact Center (UCCE) to resolve any telephony issues and provide configuration and problem resolution support for the company's voice platforms.

You will lead efforts to diagnose and resolve complex system configuration, production, and deployment problems and also identify and lead equipment, software, and firmware updates in compliance with industry standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience Leading or Managing a Cisco Voice/Telephony team
  • Experience using and deploying Cisco Unity
  • Associates Degree or Higher
  • Experience using and deploying CUCM/Cisco Unified Communications Manager*
  • Experience using and deploying Contact Center Express/UCCE
  • CCNA Certification

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Unity Express, Unity Connection, Cisco Voice Gateways, and Unified Presence Server and Communicator.
  • CCNV, CCIE (written portion is acceptable), CCNP
  • Microsoft O365 certified or equivalent
