Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Collaborate with end users and project team members on development of requirements, design, and testing of applications.
Learn new software tools and skills as needed.
Assist customers and team members on issue resolution and problem solving.
Participate in test planning, development, and execution for integration and system testing.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
Ability to be on call during deployments and support issues Qualifications:
Desired Technology Experience:

.NET languages, preferably C#
Front-end technologies such as MVC, JavaScript, AJAX, XHTML, HTML5, XML, and CSS3
Web Services (REST, SOAP, XML-RPC, etc.)
Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
Relational databases and data access (JDBC/DAO/SQL), preferably SQL Server
.NET frameworks such as WCF, EF, and WebAPI
Test automation, unit testing, and code coverage frameworks
Bonus: Messaging based architecture, asynchronous messaging patterns, queuing systems
Bonus: Sitefinity Content Management System (CMS)
Bonus: Progress KendoUI components
Qualifications:

3+ years related experience
Bachelor's degree
Comfortable working with an Agile development methodology
Participates in pairing and code reviews
Self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment
Strong sense of personal accountability
Contributes beyond job role and responsibilities
Excellent problem solving skills
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into simple software solutions
Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and self-directed
Passionate about continuously improving organizational practices
