Our well-known, F500 client in the NE Cleveland area is looking for a BI Developer to work on a variety of BI reporting projects using SAS, SSIS, and SQL Server. In this role, you'll be working with a lot of different databases to pull data, create tables, and put together reports; you'll need to be experienced in being able to pull data from multiple, disparate data sources. Required:

- SAS - The ability to easily interpret what existing programs are doing, be able to accurately extract all pieces necessary to generate specific subsets of information and troubleshoot any unforeseen issues.
- SQL The ability to create or add to existing stored procedures and troubleshoot any unforeseen issues.
- Data Extraction/Manipulation ETL experience moving a variety of data, in various formats, from different source systems into single uniform location.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities (ie time management and organizational skills).
- Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (eg, Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 4 years designing/developing, programming and supporting software programs/applications
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years related work experience with working knowledge of designing/developing, programming and supporting software programs/applications

Plusses:

- SQL - Recognize efficiency opportunities via the use of indexes, dynamic SQL, incremental loading, etc.
- SSIS The ability to create or add to existing SSIS packages and troubleshoot any unforeseen issues.
- DAX The ability to create efficient measures using a DAX within an SSAS Tabular environment.
- Tableau The ability to create user friendly dashboards that provide as much information as possible with the least amount of interaction.
- C#/.NET The ability to created basic user interfaces for collecting and/or updating information necessary to maintain tools whose parameters change over time.
