Organisational Context

We are a Health software tech company based in Australia and the UK with plans to expand and are looking for a London based team to expand our hospital and clinic operations.

Our mission is to focus on developing and servicing health IT products, and help the global population live longer with a higher quality of life.

Position Purpose

The Sales Manager will be accountable for the management of all new Sales and existing client base on our CRM system. You will be managing the UK sales staff and coordinating with the Australian team where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects related to data centre operations
  • Manage the day-to-day client interaction and expectations
  • Manage and analyse profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilisation across the board
  • Focus on generating new business within both private and public organisations in UK & Europe.
  • Develop relationship with end users and key partners for expanding products and services
  • Travel across the region to meet with clients and grow market awareness
  • Oversee the conversion from pipeline to deal closure and improve win-rate
  • Participate in pre-sales process and engage in additional revenue streams such as roadshows and forums
  • Develop relationship with existing clients
  • Build a reporting structure of Sales throughout the year, and provide a clear sales strategy for the following 12 months

Experience/Knowledge Required

  • Minimum five years of Internationals Sales Management/BM experience
  • Proven record of success
  • Understanding of financial processes
  • Ability to work independently and aggressively to achieve Sales and Sales targets
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of Suite CRM or similar management software is required
  • Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to write business reports in a well-organised manner
  • A proven track record of achieving and overachieving sales targets and be comfortable carrying an individual quota
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience of handling the whole sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Experience in Electronic Medical Records and working across the NHS a major advantage
  • Willing to travel to Europe
  • Must have excellent sales and negotiation skills: demonstrated by reference-able project wins
  • Be able to confidently facilitate sales demonstration sessions to drive innovation and value for both customers and prospects
