The Information Management team is part of our client's Early Research and Development (pRED) organization and consults and enables pRED scientists to manage Data & Information along the life cycle in a compliant and sustainable way.
Our client undergoes a large transformation of its document management landscape. This entails defining the future by migration of a large volume of files, learning new ways of working, re-engineering, and enhancing critical business processes.
As the Technical Integration Lead you will be part of the team responsible to transform the content and document management of the company. The perfect candidate has a strong background working in an interface position of business and IT in a regulated industry.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Transform the content management and document management in a highly competitive organization
Build a service model for solution delivery in conjunction with our IT partners
Analyse the existing system landscape and help design new innovative solutions that improve the daily lives of our researchers
Be part of a diverse project team of experienced Knowledge Management professionals
Interact on a regular basis with a large variety of stakeholders
B.Sc/degree in Computer Sciene or similar discipline
8y+ of working experience in business analysis and/or software engineering in a similar environment
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Office and Google Suite
Experience in process automation with no-code and low-code platforms (Nintex, Google App Maker, Pega, Apex)
A pro-active problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and a can-do attitude
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English
