Project Coordinator - Aylesbury

We have an opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a leading supplier of wastewater treatment solutions. You will manage a team of engineers who are visiting, servicing and delivering a product and service to sites across the UK. A successful candidate will need experience liaising with different teams and stakeholders internally and externally.

Key Role responsibilities: -

- Receive and process Contract Files from Sales Team

- Review Files and discuss any clarification points with Sales

- Issue Control Sheet' (Unit Specification) to Production

- Issue Sitework Notification' forms to Siteworks Contract Engineer

- Issue Service Contract Follow-Up' forms

- Arrange for production of Contract specific Customer drawings with Production Engineers

- Issue Drawings & Manuals to Client

- Receive QC Completion Notice' from Production

- Arrange product delivery with Customer, issue Loading Lists + Delivery Notes to production

- Raise contract invoice and issue to Customer

- Pass Contract File to Sales Admin for scanning

- Continual liaison with Clients on Progress, Technical & Commercial issues

- Liaise with all internal Departments to ensure delivery times and technical contract requirements are met

- Attend weekly production meetings and discuss progress and any issues

- Plan Unit production slots' in liaison with Production Manager
