To support the Head of BD & Marketing and team in the delivery of the firm's Business Development, Marketing and Communication initiatives.
To support the implementation of BD&M activities of the firm and its Practice Groups. We anticipate CRM/data management will be 40% of the role.
Maintain the firm's new CRM system, OnePlace (Salesforce product).
Support BD&M data entry and maintenance of client/prospect data and campaigns.
Manage monthly analysis of BD relationship activity and opportunities.
Manage lists of intermediaries and referral networks within OnePlace; contribute to the identification and development of key relationship builds per practice area and cross-practice area.
Maintain our GDPR consent lists.
Maintain the firm's blog output using Vuture which integrates with OnePlace: working with each practice area, ensure all blogs are proof read and error free, and issued to the correct mailing list, and posted onto the website.
Prepare monthly analysis and all blogs delivered.
Manage and deliver the firm's periodic surveys using DotMailer tool.
Post all blogs on the firm's Twitter and LinkedIn accounts.
Maintain the firm's website to include: posting of announcements, press releases and collateral, and liaising with each practice area for copy updates when appropriate.
Prepare monthly reporting of website visits and SEO performance and prepare reports for monthly Marketing meetings per practice area.
Maintain the firm wide staff photo library.
Process and log all website enquiries and manage inbox for external facing email accounts (excluding events inbox).
Key contact with external web design team ensuring any additional website features/builds are scoped and delivered cost-effectively and efficiently.
Monitor the firm's reputation across social media platforms.
Monitor the firm's media press coverage.
Additional BD activities
Support marcoms activity i.e. mailshots, seasonal gift sending.
Support PowerPoint preparation when required.
Also to perform any other tasks that would reasonably be expected within the role.
Skills, experience and attributes
Previous CRM/data entry experience obtained within a professional services background - 1 years minimum
Excellent organisation and planning skills - must be able to organise and prioritise own workload, with ability to be flexible and multitask
Excellent attention to detail and proof reading ability
Excellent IT skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, databases/CRM systems, Google analytics
CIM qualified or training for the qualification
Smart dress expected
Diplomatic and calm under pressure
Confident in dealing with people at all levels
Team player and able to work within a busy BD&M team
