Your new company

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing an excellent level of assistance and support to customers. You will meet and greet customers, provide guidance when using bank self-service machines and ensure that customers visits go as smoothly as possible every time. You will be tasked with merchandising of the branch floor with brochures and notices, maintaining stationary supplies in the branch and answering of the telephone when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a confident communicator who is comfortable approaching customers and assisting them in a professional manner. You will ideally have previous customer service experience. You will have achieved a minimum of ordinary level English and Maths as well as received 360 points or more when completing the leaving certificate alternatively a level 8 honours degree will meet the educational requirements.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a temporary placement of initially three months working in one of the leading banks in the country, gaining valuable customer service experience as well as exposure to the banking sector. For the right candidate there is a lot of scope for progression in the role and extension on the initial placement term. You will be paid an hourly rate of €13.21 and will be working 37 hours a week.
