Data Management/Performance Management Consultant

A Performance Management Consultant is required who can take the lead in the field of customer experience. You'll facilitate the teams and Customer Loyalty Teams (CLT) in providing insight into the performance, so that they can continuously improve the customer experience. You do this in an enthusiastic, inspiring and independent manner. You also coach on behavior and effective decision-making based on facts.

You are customer-oriented, data-driven and very analytical and you know how to translate that skill into supported actions and agreements by successfully convincing and translating resistance into cooperation. You have successfully completed Black Belt training and experience with the soft side (behavior and communication) of change.

The Project/Responsibilities;

You will work within Operational Performance Management (OPM), whose purpose is: "Accelerating continuous improvement by empowering the client to make fact-based decisions". You help the CLTs to continuously improve the customer experience.

You will do this by:

  • Providing insight into the performance of customer processes, contacts, feedback and complaints;
  • Supporting with the use and analysis of the facts;
  • Driving continuous realization of improvements from a customer perspective. You offer support through training and coaching in the areas of reporting, process management, data analysis and continuous improvement.

Required Experience:

  • Fluent command of Dutch and English
  • WO level
  • Black Belt trained
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a strong desire to learn and achieve lasting results
  • You know how to translate data into business applications and you get others involved.
  • You are a bridge builder, you seek collaboration to achieve results. You act at all levels within the organization, from operational staff to management.
  • With your coaching skills you are able to successfully convince and bend resistance.
  • You continuously challenge the status quo.
  • You are entrepreneurial and proactively list the improvement options.
  • You have a no-nonsense and helpful attitude.
