Application Support Analyst role in a Global Gaming business

Your new company is one of the world's leading gaming, retail businesses that supplies gamers with the latest consoles, games & products.
Your new role
You will become a vital member of a team that is essential in the process of getting games in front of the gamer. Your new team creates, supports & manages the bespoke applications that ensure the smooth deliver of products to stores and warehouses across Europe, Australia & Canada. In your new position, you will monitor the functionality & efficiency of these systems and track any issues which will then be resolved by yourself or another member of your team.
What you'll need to succeed
You are already a technical professional that has a strong knowledge of SQL (Running Queries & Logging Tables), have an excellent attitude with equally impressive communication skills and a love of problem-solving. Ideally, you also are comfortable with code and have a knowledge of Python, ERP/CRM systems and/or formal education in IT.
