Darice, a leader in the arts and crafts industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative.

The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service to the Company's wholesale customers by providing product and service information, resolve product and service problems, assist with orders, account questions and other queries. Some travel to tradeshows is required.

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years customer service experience. The following skills are required to be successful in this role: excellent oral & written communication skills, proficient in data entry and 10-key, strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment and work under deadlines. Strong Microsoft Office skills required. Outbound call center experience and bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
