Job Title Integration Specialist Salary £35k to £40k + Package Location Staines Job Purpose To contribute to the increased profitability and development of The company's customer base by providing software development, analytical and problem solving and good interpersonal skills. Key Accountabilities To be responsible for Developing and implementing changes to new and existing products as directed by the lead developer. Working with the development team to design solutions to specific problems. Providing support to the wider technical team at a programming level, to assist them in their customer support duties. Producing product documentation for use by users, such as help files, manuals etc. Supporting customers and internal staff with technical queries face to face, by telephone and via email. Working on internal systems as required to support the team and its processes. Being an ambassador for The company during all customer interactions and acting as a role model for the behaviours which will develop The company into a truly service orientated business. Key Competencies Use of Autodesk design, data management and cloud technologies. An appreciation of an Autodesk desktop API, Autodesk Forge. Working knowledge of .net framework and programming language. C# or VB.net, existing solutions are written in VB.net so that would be preferred. Experience with Visual Studio IDE (Essential) Appreciation of Web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, ASP.net Experience with Integrating Business Systems using Web Services / ReST API's / SQL Innovation & Problem Solving Is courteous, helpful and approachable to customers. Seeks to understand the needs and concerns of customers. Strives to exceed customers' expectations. Sets demanding standards for the quality of own work. Demonstrates a high level of care and attention to detail. Observes agreed standards and best practice procedures. Communicates confidently and assertively at all levels. Additional Criteria The job will be based in Staines but on occasions may require work to be undertaken in other locations
