Quality Manager-Customer Value Proposition-Connectivity

The manager of Quality Manager-Customer Value Proposition is responsible for safeguarding the Pan-European product quality standard for Entertainment and Connectivity products for both Consumer and B2B segments. By translating Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights into "quality by design" (QbD) principles, (S)he will set the standards for products to live up to our customer promises and deliver a perfect user experience. (S)he will define and implement product quality improvement initiatives, leveraging Quality Function Deployment (QFD)/Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking and other industry best practices to achieve higher levels of quality throughout key functions of the value chain. The ideal candidate possesses a strong business acumen & technical background with strong influencing skills to be able to take the organization along as we develop a continuous improvement culture.

Main Responsibilities

Translate Customer Value Propositions and associated use cases/user journeys into relevant Quality of Experience/Quality of Service KPI's and targets
Implement VoC data and insights into the product development life cycle by providing processes, tools, and training that enable product managers to design and deliver high quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations
Develop improved, data driven prioritization models to achieve the optimal balance between new functionality and bug fixes to drive an excellent, market leading user experience
Introduce Proof of Value testing, validation of assumptions and trialing of different approaches, involving customers and partners
Inform pre-release test protocols with the relevant Quality of Experience KPI's for product performance testing, product trials and pre-launch (OFT) test feedback in close collaboration with central and local country teams
Be the subject matter expert on industry best practice in quality frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

5 years experience in a corporate/Matrix environment with proven track record in facilitating and leading improvement projects including change management
Background in Product Marketing/development/quality/CEX
Experience with Design for Six Sigma: using QFD to translate customer requirements into technical requirements, certifications in (Scaled) Agile Framework, SCRUM, etc. and or ITIL is a plus.

Able to oversee, execute multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communicator/influencer
Pragmatic thinker with ability to analyze/interpret data and translate into actions
Team player, brings different viewpoints together to get the desired outcome
Flexible, able to adapt to changing environments and work under stress
Degree level/BSc. or equivalent in technical or engineering subject, MBA a plus
Fluent in English
