Role: Finance & Restructuring Sales Advisor Salary: £17,000 – £18,000 per annum plus uncapped OTE Location: Sheffield Our client is one of the largest firms of indepFinance & Restructuring Advisorendent insolvency practitioners The role: Job summary A vacancy has arisen in a small, busy telesales team of an insolvency practice. The role is to generate leads and set appointments for Senior Consultants, within a friendly sales team. The candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to manage own workload with a view to reaching and exceeding set targets. The position offers a basic salary based upon your skills, experience and industry knowledge. A bonus scheme, designed to maximise your earning potential, full comprehensive training and the on-going support from an experienced and helpful co-workers and management. Duties & responsibilities Outbound calls to qualify leads that have been generated by asking appropriate questions to your respective Decision Maker. Promote the services of the organisation – various financial services including; Corporate insolvency Personal insolvency Financial services Logging details on a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), arranging call backs, creating a pipeline – ultimately making a qualified, lucrative appointment for a trained Consultant to visit. Self-Generating leads. Able to work though large volumes of call data. Regular updates with Consultant, colleagues and management. The successful candidate: Qualities & skills Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work through large volumes of call data. Be self-motivated and able to work undistracted. Computer literate with experience in using Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience working with CRM systems would be helpful. Ability to adapt and learn quickly. Experience Experience of working in insolvency or similar financial sector is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
