Your new company
One of Ireland's largest financial companies with over 200 locations Nationwide who provide a diverse range of services to banking, financial and related services are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work within a busy call centre located in Naas.
Your new role
In your new role you will be be a Customer Service Advisor for all of the banks customers within the republic of Ireland and the UK. You will proactively help them with any queries or issues that they may have while consistently demonstrating customer service standards by ensuring a high level of engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have passed 5 leaving certificate subjects including English and maths and proof of education will need to be provided. You will need customer service experience and a willingness to learn.
