Helpdesk Analyst. Software vendor requires a Support Analyst 1st/2nd Line support, to all the users of their systems, managing the team and ensuring all SLA's & requirements are met. You will be liaising with customers, IT Suppliers and internal managers, tech and admin teams.

Core skills for the role are:

  • Minimum 3 years helpdesk/1st line experience
  • Experience of working in a telephone-based support environment
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office particularly Word and Excel (ability to identify data/errors and formulas)
  • Ideally - Experience of financial/card/payments environments
