On behalf of our client, a globally renowned company with international presence, we are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant for a contracting position in Zurich.

Minimum 1 year experience in administration, proactive, hands-one approach, assertive communication and good organizational skills
Provides general administrative and clerical services on department/program/local Business Unit level. Prepares documentation and assists in researching, compiling, proof- reading and editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.
. Ownership (ensuring data accuracy and relevance at all times) of master file (excel database) with employee data
. Proactive collaboration with stakeholders from the business lines
. Continuous liaison with HR to ensure HRGT is up to date
. Analyze and present the data on a regular basis
. Working with Data and Analytics team on organizational visualization
. Support with any other activities as required
. Advanced Excel knowledge
. English proficiency
. Attention to detail
. Can follow process
. Can drive resolution of issues
. Proactive way of working
