We are an established Telecoms & IT Company based in Central London near Oxford Circus, looking for an Office/Accounts Administrator to join our expanding team.
Office Administrator Duties:
- Office Administration, liaising with suppliers and ordering equipment and services.
- Answering incoming calls from clients and suppliers.
- First point of contact for the IT support department.
- Diarising Meeting Room.
- Preparation of VAT quarter.
- Accounts receivable: raise invoices.
- Accounts payable: raise purchase orders, post invoices.
- Setting up new customers and suppliers.
- Banking: post transactions to accounting system.
- Process staff expenses.
- Knowledge of Xero or Sage Accounting is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Takes pride in presentation of work.
- Flexible, adaptable and cooperative with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Have the necessary organisational skills to provide an efficient support service to the entire team.
- Dedicated, loyal, diligent and punctual with a tidy manner.
