We are an established Telecoms & IT Company based in Central London near Oxford Circus, looking for an Office/Accounts Administrator to join our expanding team.

Office Administrator Duties:

  • Office Administration, liaising with suppliers and ordering equipment and services.
  • Answering incoming calls from clients and suppliers.
  • First point of contact for the IT support department.
  • Diarising Meeting Room.

Accounts Duties:

  • Preparation of VAT quarter.
  • Accounts receivable: raise invoices.
  • Accounts payable: raise purchase orders, post invoices.
  • Setting up new customers and suppliers.
  • Banking: post transactions to accounting system.
  • Process staff expenses.
  • Knowledge of Xero or Sage Accounting is a bonus.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Takes pride in presentation of work.
  • Flexible, adaptable and cooperative with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Have the necessary organisational skills to provide an efficient support service to the entire team.
  • Dedicated, loyal, diligent and punctual with a tidy manner.
