First Line Support x 2 French Speaking

Specific requirements

  • Secondary school diploma/certificate of completion is minimum required, Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Knowledge of English AND French is mandatory (minimum level B2)
  • For Front Office:
  • AT LEAST one technical certification (besides ITIL) in their area of expertise
  • Security clearance 'SECRET EU' or national equivalent, issued by an EU member state (Request must have been launched before the start of the candidate, and should be obtained at latest within 12 months)
  • SPOC for all IT related services
  • High quality communication, with User and to other Teams when escalating unresolved issues, verbally and written in English and French
  • Provide high level of service, professionally/technically aware and structured approach
  • Log, categorise, prioritise, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve incidents whenever possible
  • LanDesk Remote Desktop control
  • Follow-up end-to-end progress of all incidents, requests and standard changes
  • Escalate to the Competence Group when required
  • User-rights management

Schedule: From Monday to Friday, 24 hours service: 4 shifts: early, day, late, night
