This is an exciting new opportunity to join the busy HR Team at Gower College Swansea. The primary focus of the role will be to proactively support the Management of Sickness Absence, liaising with staff, ensuring they are aware of the fantastic range of wellbeing opportunities that are available in the College and facilitating improved staff attendance.

Candidates should have previous experience of working in HR, with specific experience of working on sickness absence cases. You must have a level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or the equivalent experience in a relevant role. Associate Membership of the CIPD would be desirable. You should also have excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

Appointments will normally be made to the bottom of the salary scale with annual increments on 1st August each year (subject to completing 6 months service).

25 hours per week over a 5 day period. Part time salary of £15,758-£16,391 per annum.
