Home-Based Document Compliance Manager

We are currently expanding our Professional Services team and are looking for a contract Document Compliance Manager to join us, working remotely from home.

Supporting one of our high profile customers working from home, you will be required to project manage the business' documents though their life cycle. You will partner, support and collaborate with internal stakeholders in ensuring that the documents are correctly amended, recorded and updated as per change requests and compliance requirements.

Some of the internal departments you could be liaising with include Regulatory Affairs, Clinical departments or Safety. You will work with internal stakeholders to ensure that documents that support health authority revisions, process changes and annual reviews, are all up to date and taken through the correct process.

Training will be given to the successful candidate but it is essential that the following can be demonstrated:

  • An organised, efficient and effective way of working
  • Reliability and trustworthiness
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A proven background in document management would be highly regarded
  • An understanding of working within a project management environment where regular checks are made throughout a process

This role requires a commitment to work full time hours from home, with some flexibility to work between 7am and 7pm on occasion when working with the US.
