For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich we are looking for an experienced

Compliance Framework Specialist - Regulatory/Governance

In this role, you will be working in a team that is responsible for building out and owning the frameworks for compliance with laws, rules and regulations and regulatory reporting.

Your Qualifications:
  • Successfully completed education in finance, economics, business administration or in another numerical discipline
  • Experience in creating and delivering new frameworks and policies within the banking industry
  • Solid knowhow of compliance and operational risk frameworks
  • Strong project management and analytical skills paired with a hands-on approach to new challenges
  • Experience in working in a regulatory development tracking team or process would be a plus
  • Flexible team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to respond quickly and accurately to stakeholder requests
  • Self-motivated team player with the attention to relevant details
  • Fluent in English (verbally and written)
Your Responsibilities:
  • Help in the establishment of a global, firm wide framework for demonstrating compliance with laws, rules and regulations across all regulatory topics
  • Work in Tandem with the head of Compliance Framework delivery to successfully design and implement the framework, working closely with a broad range of impacted stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with global senior stakeholders including those running the existing regulatory development tracking processes
  • Coordinate and execute detailed analysis on existing processes and the impact of any new processes
  • Facilitate working groups and governance meetings to agree design and implementation aspects of the framework
  • Ensure that plans, risks and issues are maintained and that the status of the workstream is actively represented in management reporting
