Compliance Framework Specialist

Your role:

Are you an open-minded person looking for new challenges? Are you comfortable with working on regulatory compliance frameworks? Are you able to work with senior stakeholders across multiple business divisions and Group functions?

We're looking for someone like you to:

  • Act as the lead for the establishment of a global, firm wide framework for demonstrating compliance with laws, rules and regulations across all regulatory topics
  • Work in Tandem with the head of Compliance Framework delivery to successfully design and implement the framework, working closely with a broad range of impacted stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with global senior stakeholders including those running the existing regulatory development tracking processes
  • Coordinate and execute detailed analysis on existing processes and the impact of any new processes
  • Facilitate working groups and governance meetings to agree design and implementation aspects of the framework
  • Act as a project manager to ensure that plans, risks and issues are maintained and that the status of the workstream is actively represented in management reporting

Your team:

You'll be working in the Compliance Framework Delivery team and will be based in Zurich. The team is responsible for building out and owning the frameworks for compliance with laws, rules and regulations and regulatory reporting. We work closely with colleagues across different locations and functions worldwide to ensure that roles and responsibilities in respect to regulatory compliance are clarified.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • an education in finance, economics, business administration or in another numerical discipline
  • experience in creating and delivering new frameworks/policies
  • strong project management and analytical skills paired with a hands-on approach to new challenges
  • knowledge of compliance and operational risk frameworks
  • the ability to quickly adapt to an ever changing environment
  • ideally experience in working in a regulatory development tracking team or process

You are:

  • self-motivated and eager to build on your knowledge of compliance and operational risk
  • familiar with regulatory topics and initiatives
  • able to respond quickly and accurately to stakeholder requests
  • attentive to relevant detail
  • known for your proactive can-do attitude when managing a project
  • a flexible team player with a positive attitude
  • comfortable to collaborate with stakeholders around the globe and at senior level
  • an excellent communicator, fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
