The role has a start date of ASAP, it is on a contract basis in Thurgau Canton for 6 months with possible extension beyond this. Your role Act as a contact person for 1ST level IT Support. Coordinate with 2nd level support escalate problems when necessary. Keep track of open cases manage them according to clear priorities. Install setup PCs. Always keep up to date with tasks duties. Your Skills Profile At least 1 year of professional experience in 1st Level IT Support. Sound skills in incident problem management troubleshooting. Completed Education Training in Computer Science. Courteous, conscientious, cooperative committed. Service oriented personality with very good communication skills. Native German speaker ideally skilled in understanding Swiss German.
