We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Microsoft Dynamics AX Supporter. The role is a permanent position based in Luzern Canton. Your Role Support users in the case of problems in the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 (by phone or by mail via a ticket tool). Help with analysis after appropriate training independently prioritize solve problems incidents or initiate further processing. Support colleagues within the team in general, especially when documenting processes. Provide on call service take over service desk tasks when necessary. Hold responsibility for the product information tool (PIM) Perfion. Your Skills Experience Previous professional experience working with ERP software (ideally MS Dynamics AX) in wholesale familiar with processes in this environment. Good understanding of associated business processes able to quickly learn further develop more in this area. Your Profile Service oriented, flexible enthusiastic personality. Eager to learn constantly expand knowledge in application environments. Dynamic with very good communication skills. Very good command of both German French.
